GTM Data Layer 2025-10-28

Technical buyers do not buy the way others do

Technical buyers don't buy the way others do. They're independent, skeptical, and allergic to fluff. To reach them, you need a solution that truly fits their stack, priorities, and budget.

Finding that perfect storm in every sales process is incredibly hard. When I met Tal Peretz, Nitzan Hadar, and Shahar Shavit, I immediately saw the connection. Their experience building massive data platforms that unify fragmented signals was exactly what GTM had been missing, and that's how Onfire AI was born.

A platform that brings intelligence-grade data to every GTM decision.

As I shared in the article, we believed from the start that the future of GTM would be built on a data layer that replaces opinions with real signals and brings precision to every decision.

By coincidence, when we met, we had just wrapped up our Shift Happens research at Grove Ventures, developing our thesis on how data and AI are transforming go to market. That overlap helped accelerate OnFire's earliest days and shape its unique approach.
