Big news and a proud moment: Liat Koren (Kedmi) is becoming a Partner at Grove Ventures.

Liat has been part of Grove since our very early days, long before we had systems, structure, or even proper folders.

She joined when all of Grove fit into one big room, and she’s been one of the main reasons we grew into what we are today: a professional, successful, and sharp firm that has never lost its people-first DNA.

She’s our quiet superpower, the one who makes sure we can stay focused on working with founders and keep that bit of startup chaos alive, while knowing everything behind the scenes runs perfectly and nothing ever slips through the cracks.

What I’ve always admired about Liat is her combination of precision and heart. She cares deeply about every detail, but even more about the people behind them.

At Grove, we take pride in growing together with exceptional people who share our founder-first DNA. With Liat, the past eight years have only been the first chapter, and I can’t wait to see what the next decade brings. https://lnkd.in/dYWSZEAd
