Essays and field notes on enterprise AI, data moats, software infrastructure, and how companies get formed.

About

I am a co-founder and Managing Partner at Grove Ventures, an early-stage fund based in Israel. I work with founders at the earliest stage there is, often before the idea is fully formed.

I think in systems more than in stories. Most of my writing circles a few questions: where value and leverage accrue as software starts taking action instead of recording it, why most apparent moats in AI are weak and what actually compounds, and how company formation is changing when execution gets cheap and judgment becomes the constraint.

This site is a repository, not a feed. Posts start on LinkedIn; the ones that hold up get kept here, and the ones that keep coming back get expanded into essays.
